We’re committed to delivering premium-quality garage storage systems quickly and securely.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• Orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times

• Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days after pickup by the carrier.
• Delivery times may vary by location and carrier availability.
• Larger freight items (e.g., cabinet systems, workstations) may require scheduling with the carrier before final delivery.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
• We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Freight Deliveries

For oversized garage systems:

• Deliveries are curbside only unless white-glove service is selected at checkout.
• Please inspect your shipment before signing. Report visible damage to the carrier and contact us immediately at info@garagebasesystems.com.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, orders may already be in transit.
