Shipping & Delivery Policy

We’re committed to delivering premium-quality garage storage systems quickly and securely.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days after pickup by the carrier.
Delivery times may vary by location and carrier availability.
Larger freight items (e.g., cabinet systems, workstations) may require scheduling with the carrier before final delivery.

Shipping Rates

For customers in California and Texas, shipping is free! The product price you see is the final price you pay. However, if you're located in a remote area within these states and feel that a shipping discount would be more appropriate, please feel free to email us at info@garagebasesystems.com with your shipping address. We’ll review the details and provide a corresponding shipping discount if applicable.
For customers outside of California and Texas, please contact us directly at info@garagebasesystems.com with your shipping address. We will calculate the shipping costs and assist you in completing your purchase.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Freight Deliveries

For oversized garage systems:

Deliveries are curbside only unless white-glove service is selected at checkout.
Please inspect your shipment before signing. Report visible damage to the carrier and contact us immediately at info@garagebasesystems.com.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, orders may already be in transit.
