Who Is Covered

This Limited Warranty is valid only for the original retail purchaser in North America who purchased the product directly from our website. This warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to any subsequent owner or purchaser of the product.

Warranty Coverage

For the original purchaser, the cabinet frame and main structural components are covered by a 10-year limited warranty. Hardware components, including drawer slides and hinges, along with the rubberwood worktop, are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Garage stools are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

All warranty periods begin on the original date of purchase. Any replacement product or component will carry only the remaining balance of the original warranty period.

What Is Not Covered

1. Installation or use contrary to the product instruction manual.

2. Overloading: exceeding the specified maximum weight capacity outlined in the instructions.

3. Use in other than normal, residential use: including commercial environments, rental properties, short-term vacation rentals (e.g., Airbnb), or any non-owner-occupied residential setting.

4. Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, modification, or mishandling.

5. Damage resulting from the use of non-original parts or unauthorized modifications.

6. Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, excessive humidity or dryness, direct sunlight, or moisture (including cracking, warping, or fading).

7. Surface damage due to improper use of chemicals, detergents, or abrasive cleaning tools.

8. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: natural wood color variation, aging of finishes, minor joint separation, and changes in surface sheen over time.

9. Color fading or variation over time (including color differences between replacement parts and the original product).

10. Any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to: labor, shipping, loss of use, or damage to other property.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Prepare documentation: Provide proof of purchase (showing date, retailer, and product model), photos or videos of the defect, and a description of the issue.
