What Is Covered
The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Examples include:
- Manufacturing defects in cabinet panels or structural components
- Defects in welding or factory assembly
- Hardware failures resulting from manufacturing defects
- Functional defects present under normal intended use
If an eligible defect is confirmed, GarageBaseSystems will repair or replace the affected product or component at our discretion.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:
- Improper installation
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Commercial or industrial use
- Overloading beyond product specifications
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Accidents, fire, flooding, or other natural events
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discoloration after delivery
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
Who Is Covered
This warranty applies only to:
- The original purchaser
- Products purchased through GarageBaseSystems or authorized sellers
- Products installed and used in normal residential environments
- Products used according to the installation instructions and product guidelines
The warranty is non-transferable.
Accessory Warranty
GarageBaseSystems™ accessories, including garage stools, hooks, and other accessory products, are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the normal function of the product. It does not cover damage resulting from improper assembly, misuse, abuse, commercial use, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
If you believe your accessory has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. We'll review your claim and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our Warranty Policy.
